Sherry and Orange Autumnal Tastes
As the leave turn golden it’s time to think of sipping sherry by the fire – but not mum’s yesteryear Seppelt’s Solero. Join Peter Bourne to explore the world of sherry, the real thing from Spain- manzanilla, fino, amontillado and oloroso. We’ll try some of Australia’s best Apera (the new name for domestic ‘sherry’) along with some suitably autumnal tastes - think olives, white anchovies, warmed almonds, duck liver pâté and gooey cheese. We’ll finish with a rich ‘black sherry’ and something chocolaty.
Sunday April 12 Time 5-7pm $75 Call us today for bookings on 6360 4833.
