The first tasting for 2018 is on Monday 12 February at Ferment. It’s the regular GT WINE Magazine Star Performers tasting, this time top Australian chardonnays. Peter reckons Aussie chardonnay has never been in better shape - trim, taut and nimble, the polar opposite to the blowsy ‘chardys’ of Kath and Kim days. There will be some awesome wines.
