TERMS & CONDITIONS OF YOUR ONLINE BOOKINGS (YOUR RESERVATION)

1. In order for as many people as possible to enjoy Ferment, we DO NOT accept consecutive bookings for wine tastings. We regret to advise that consecutive bookings will be cancelled.

2. Tastings must be done in the designated time frame, however, subject to weather and seating you are welcome to sit in our outdoor areas after your wine tasting.

3. Please note that your booking fee will not be refunded if your booking is cancelled 24 hours before your tasting.

The Ferment Signature Tasting Experience consists of 6 tastes per person from 10 different cellar doors.Ferment.

BESPOKE CURATED $35 || 6 Wines


Our Bespoke tasting varieties are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Cabernets featuring the cellars Carillion – Halliday Awarded Wines, Cooks Lot Icon Range, forsyth+stock Chardonnay + Gin, Matthew Atallah and Sons & Brothers Cabernet of Millthorpe.

Use our booking calendar below, check availability, pick your experience and book for your wine tasting between 12.30pm and 5pm Monday to Friday. Saturday’s 11am to 5pm.

Group tastings 6 wines only.

WINE TASTINGS:
Monday to Friday: 12.30pm to 5pm.
Saturday: 11am to 5pm.

We do not take online or telephone bookings for the wine bar. We have seating inside and weather permitting outside.

WINE BAR: Monday to Saturday: 12pm to 9pm. No bookings required.

WINE BAR: Mon-Sat: 5pm-9pm No bookings required.

WINE TASTINGS: Monday to Saturday 11am-5pm. Booking required.
