Carillion vineyard is situated on the slopes of Mt Canobolas at elevations of 750 - 800 metres. Our 2013 Cabernet Merlot displays aromas of red and black fruits on the nose while the palate is soft and generous with well integrated tannins. Superb now the wine will benefit from medium term cellaring.
