Grown at an altitude of 800 metres, this Pinot Gris has delicate stonefruit characters on the nose, while generous fruit flavours of nashi pears and red delicious apples are complemented by a crunchy acidity. A wine to be enjoyed now.

Colour: Pale white gold.
Smell: Fresh and poached pears aromas with hints of custard apple and Chantilly cream.
Taste: Deep flavours of nectarine, honeydew melon, pink grapefruit with a whiff of white pepper. This assiette of flavours fills the mouth, the richness enhance by an enticing textural interest that sustains the finish which is refreshed by a spritely acidity.
