The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is bang on. It is clear in colour, and crisp and punchy on the palate.

Aromatically I think of lime jelly with passionfruit.  On the palate the wine is dry, with pineapple complimenting the passionfruit thiols produced by the yeast. Pleasingly the wine is naturally soft in the mouth which makes it a wonderful drink during most times of the year.
