Aromatic tropical fruits with hints of lime blossoms follow through to a rich but understated palate, balanced by fine mineral acidity. WINEMAKING: Whole bunch pressed, free run juice was cool fermented with partial solids by wild yeast in stainless steel tanks to preserve aromatics fruit purity. Minimal fining and filtering prior to bottling.
