Traditional Burgundian techniques such as multiple small-batch open ferments, wild yeasts and whole bunches were used to craft this unfiltered pinot. It has forest floor and wild gamey overtones yet retains its delicate cherry and strawberry fruit flavours, with a silky finish.
Unfiltered, traditionally hand basket pressed and minimally handled, this wine may contain some natural sediment.
It is a simple pleasure.
