The stars don’t often align but when they do the season produces brilliant Jezza quality grapes. We look for intensity in flavour, colour, freshness and good tannin structure… when they all come together it is very difficult to leave a bottle half full.

Black currant, black berry, mint, complemented with savoury hints of green olives, balsamic glaze and dusty aromas integrating with cedary oak and inviting maturation characters.  An appealing, medium bodied, ripe fruit palate with good acid balance is restrained yet mouth-filling. This leads to a fine tannin mid palate evolving to a very long back palate with hints of liquorice.
