BLEND: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
REGION: Orange, NSW
HARVEST: Late January 2020
WINEMAKING: Vinified from three separate parcels, picked several weeks apart & from three different vineyard blocks for diversity of flavours. The juices were highly clarified following pressing and cool fermented separately with several different strains of aromatic yeast. Post ferment the wines were racked off lees, stabilised and prepared for bottling.
BOTTLED: May 2021.

APPEARANCE: Pale straw colour.
AROMA: Aromatic tropical fruits.
PALATE: Elegant and crisp. Zesty flavours of grapefruit and citrus.
CELLAR: Drink now whilst fresh.
SERVE WITH: Lightly flavoured seafood dishes such as garlic prawns marinated in citrus.
ALCOHOL: 12.5% 7.4 SD.
