A Normandy style aperitif, four years in the making. Pommeau is matured in French oak barrels. It has soft mellow apple fruitiness with mature toffee apple on the palate, and hints of oak and spirit warmth to finish. The glowing amber colour is achieved by the passing of time. Best served chilled as an aperitif, or with soft cheeses, or as a digestive with baked apple tart.
