Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet Franc were fermented separately before being blended to make this, our second Big Bad Wolf. The wine is balanced and refined and has lifted plums and dark fruits. Extended maturation in barrel has given texture and balance. Hand-picked, sorted and plunged, this wine is an excellent expression of the Orange region. This is a barrel selection blended to make the best wine we could. We hope you enjoy it.
