1. In order for as many people as possible to enjoy Ferment, we DO NOT accept consecutive bookings for wine tastings or the wine bar. We regret to advise that consecutive bookings will be cancelled.

2. Tastings must be done in the designated time frame, however, subject to weather and seating you are welcome to sit in our outdoor areas after your wine tasting.

3. Please note that your booking fee will not be refunded if your booking is cancelled 24 hours before your tasting. Wine bar booking fees DO NOT refund  your bill – the amount of $20 is a booking fee and is not refundable against the final bill. 

4. During the current COVID-19 pandemic we regret that we are unable to accept people under the age of 18 on the premises. For groups of six or more please contact us to discuss your booking. We do no accept 2 or 3 bookings for the same group online.

5. QR Codes became mandatory as of 23 November for all hospitality venues. This is to ensure contact tracing is seen by venues as the centrepiece of the Government’s measures to combat the spread of COVID-19 in NSW. This will also give the Government greater confidence in further relaxing restrictions on hospitality businesses. Any venue who was physically recording customer details must switch to using QR codes. Failure to do so will result in potential fines and closures.
