Peter Bourne presents GT WINE Magazine Top Performers tasting at Ferment on Monday 22 October. Spring should be in full swing and the perfect time for rosé. The panel discovered some terrific (read: dry, savoury) styles from both Australia and Provence. The rosé category has exploded over the last decade but the GT WINE tasting panel has sorted the good from the bad and ugly (read: sweet and syrupy) styles. This will be a fun night.
